Credits are access events, not seats
One credit purchase can be spread across any number of students, members or activities. If a school buys 50 credits, that could mean 50 students taking one assessment each, 25 students taking two each, or any other mix the school chooses, the credit is not tied to a single named person.

Pricing questions
Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. Purchased credits remain in your account balance until they are used.
What happens if a student starts but abandons an assessment?
If an assessment is interrupted or abandoned within the first 5 minutes, the credit will be automatically restored to your account balance. If abandoned after 5 minutes, progress is saved, allowing the student to resume within 48 hours without using an additional credit.
Can we mix schools and individual payments?
Yes, a school can buy institutional credits while individual students or parents can separately pay for their own activity outside the school's allocation.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a full refund on unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been redeemed for an assessment, it becomes non-refundable.
